Ubuntu Alien - installation problems

i'm using ubuntu gutsy 7.10

i try to follow the manual from this site...however, some error occured

$sudo apt-get update

This means that at least one part of your sources.list file is inaccurate - you'll need to check it.

The 404 error means that the item couldn't be found on the server.
