I have got the Express Burn, and Nero on my PC, I have had the install to my desktop but could not find how to send to CD rom for install to PC, I deleted the desktop copy in case I had done something wrong. You have the ubuntu.iso file on your hard disk
Burn it with nero or express burn to a blank cd.

Then boot your PC from the CD to start install
Read more in the Tutorial section of this site/ Ubuntu site first

What you need to do is select the option to Burn Image from either of your burning programs. After the burn have a look at the disc and if you don't see files and folders you haven't selected the correct burn option. If you do see files and folders, leave the disc in the drive and restart your computer. Make sure it is set to boot from cd and follow the onscreen instructions. Basically you don't have to select any options just let the cd boot until you see the Ubuntu desktop. There will be an icon on the Ubuntu desktop for you to click to start the installation process.
