ubuntu 64, 32 bit libs


I've just installed kbuntu 64 and want to install 32 bit mplayer and 32 bit firefox, can someone please tell me which libs i need to install to run 32 bit programs, i had a thread bookmarked in another forum that said something like lib32-core ... but i formatted my disk and forgot to save my bookmarks. Any ideas?

Here are the ones I have installed in Debian in the output below. Just what do you find that you cannot run using the 64bit versions anyways, using the nspluginwrapper you can use flash and if your install of KDE is new enough then you should be able to get Java running with Konqueror with the Use KIO checked in it Java options/configuration screen.
