Two Pythons's installed - Can't find wxpython

I seem to have two Python 2.4's installed. One in usr/local/lib and the other in usr/lib. I am trying to run two applications that use wxpython: Pythoncard and boa-constructor. Both say they cant find wx. Looking at it it seems that wxpython is in the usr/lib version of python but it is the usr/local version of python which runs and obviously cant find wxpython. Logically I must either get the right version of python to run or to install wxpython in the other place. Or would a symbolic link to wxpython do the trick. I wouldn't know how to do it though. Phew. Either way I don't know how to fix this. Any solutions would need to show me exactly what to do? Thanks

Wxpython is a seperate installable package. You could try installing is to see if it installs to the standard Python location in /usr (as opposed to /usr/local).
