TVGuide issues

First--it's good to see this site still thriving......One reason I'm not around much is that I am deep into vintage radios. The other is that Linux is so good now, that I never need help.....;)

A while back. TVGuide changed something and the site stopped working correctly.
same issue on my aging Arch system, and my newest Mint setup---both running FF.

2 reports to TV Guide have gone unanswered.

Any clues / similar issues?

I've just tried looking at the site http://www.tvguide.com/ and all seems "normal". Can you be more specific about what problem you're having with it? I'm using Iceweasel 24.4 on my Debian Testing Amd64 box. The site reminds me of the Youtube home page. Anything you want me to try? I don't/won't have an account with them.

I see the issue in the Listings---here is a screenshot. (Note NaN instead of the times)

Nope, I can't replicate your problem. I suspect it's your set-up at fault and not the site.

Hmmmm---I have the same issue on 2 machines---the only thing the same is FF, and I doubt it's the same version. Will try some experiments.....

You might install another browser, say, Opera, and use out-of-the-box settings for it, and see if the same problem persists. Another possibility is the tzdata. Is that configured correctly?

I also am not a member of that site but this link: http://www.tvguide.com/Listings/
displays with show times in FF, Chrome and Opera on my 13.10 Ubuntu machine.

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 05:21 PM.
