TuxOnIce Freezes While Hibernating

When I hibernate, my computer sometimes freezes while it's saving the contents of my ram. This is a new problem and may be related to me upgrading my intel display driver to fix a different problem.

I ,my self, do not use debian
Strictly a RPM person

You might want to search the Mepis forum for your older "Intel Core 2 Quad" CPU

http://forum.mepiscommunity.org/

however the "Hibernate" option was put in to the 2.6 kernel and is in the current 3 kernel
there should be no need to install something to enable something that is built in to the system

I am guessing that this is version 11.0

I use TuxOnIce because I have problems with and don't like the standard kernel hibernate functionality. This is a problem with TuxOnIce, not Mepis, Debian, my processor, or the standard hibernation method.

The problem seems to have disappeared. I will reply if it comes back.
