Turboprint - Is It Worth It?

Somehow, I managed to print off a page on my Canon i560 printer, using the Turboprint driver and CUPS.

Exactly how I did it is still a mystery to me - I just about fell over when my printer spit out a page, considering I'd been trying to get it to do that all day and was on the verge of re-installing Windows.

Anyway, now Turboprint wants $35USD to make it fully functional. Is it worth it?
