Smile Tuner and Viewer For Pure Digital IPTV

I am looking for automatic tuner and viewer program that can play pure digital streaming IPTV.

The TV broadcast is streamed realtime through internet/IP from TV station servers such as BBC, ABC, CBS etc.

The program must be able to switch channel just like regular analog TV set.

Is there such linux program available?

Thank you.

For watching streams VLC does a good job.

Could you post a link to what you are actually watching(say CBS). I just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing.
