trying to install dynamic update client for no-ip

DLing from: http://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php?page=linux

When I run make, I get:
Quote:
matto:/home/matt/Desktop/noip-2.1.4# make
gcc -Wall -g -O2 -Dlinux -DPREFIX=\"/usr/local\" noip2.c -o noip2
make: gcc: Command not found
make: *** [noip2] Error 127
But I have make. Not sure why this isn't working, and I'm a big noobie. What should I do? If you don't know, what info do you need so that you will know? Thanks soooo much
