RealNetworks supplies a native Linux media player. Surf on over to http://www.real.com/ and look at the bottom of the page at the far right.

Choose "Linux 2.x (libc6 i386) RPM" for the "Select OS" drop-down. It should work for Mandrake 9.1.

I'm not sure what you mean by the downloads don't open.

well, you are going to find out linux is not windows , it requires some work on your part to learn it.

go to http://www.realnetworks.com
click on consumers
look in the bottom right corner of page-other platforms-linux , click

fill out the download page=select -linux 2x(lib6i386)rpm

go to location page, i selected seattle,wa

download.

open up with kpackage, not sure what mandrake use, i do this by clicking on the saved file i download located in the home/ronss directory

it should ask for root password

kpackage should begin the install
