Question Trying to figure out Evolution

Hello. I'm a Moz Thunderbird user who's trying to figure out Evolution 2.0.4, mostly because I want a calendar, I like the desktop integration in GNOME 2.8, and may need the palm sync feature.

I connect to all my e-mail accounts using IMAP. When I add them to Evolution, all my regular folders appear as subfolders of "INBOX" or "INBOX.". In Thunderbird, I could fix this by manipulating the namespace value in the advanced server properties for that account. I've had no such luck with Evolution. I found the namespace field, but it always displays the folders in the same way. My regular "Trash", "Sent Items", and "Drafts" folders appear as subfolders of "INBOX" or "INBOX.".

Also, child processes of Evolution have randomly crashed a few times. I'm not sure why, and it doesn't seem to affect the application's functionality.

One final note, I'm using FreeBSD 5.3 on the system with GNOME 2.8. (Before you eat me, my other computer runs Slackware 10. )
