When you have problems with Arch, the first place to look at for solutions is always the ArchWiki, in your case the article about Broadcom wireless.

I've heard all about arch's brilliant documentation and I'm grateful to have it. But school limits my tinkering time to weekends and i'm unable to fix it until then
