Trouble with installation of RH8.0

I am trying to install RH8.0 but I can't start the installation.

It gives me the following error, but since I am not allowed to post an URL yet, error message is at the url below...

are you trying to install linux from windows?

heh thats what it looks like...if so, boot your machine up with the cd with cdrom as your first boot device (obviouslY) and install it that way

Installing it with VMware.

CD-ROM (don't know make)
CD-RW Lite-on 48x48x8
