Trouble Ticket Express Setup problems..,.

Hello friends,

I am attempting to install a web-based help desk, trouble ticket system for my company on my Apache 2.0 webserver. I have followed the instructions head to toe but it is not working.

And nothing, whenever I try to go through the first step of the setup I get the following error.

Error: Error saving config file

I get no Apache errors....

The first step from the instructions is "Unzip ttx.zip on your local drive." That seems like an unusual error for a zip utility to generate. Can you elaborate on exactly what you are doing when you see this error?
