Question trouble running bitdefender antivirus


I have installed bitdefender console antivirus,but can seem to run the application or find where it is installed to. And for that matter cant uninstall it either. I am using fedora core 3 and am a stupid ass newbie please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

who needs an anitvirus program when you don't have any viruses in Linux?

check /opt/bdc/ or /usr/local/bdc

you need anti virus if your running samba as you could be storing a windows virus that could spread to other machined on the network its happend to me! and all the windows machines had norton on aswell

Really, humph.....

Just spent.... hours sorting this *rap out.. all because of a virus... a LINUX ONLY virus...

Theres Nix viri varients out there.
Rootkits are plentiful
adware and spyware is out there too and expect it to get much bigger too.
