So what if you do, do that successfully? You risk damaging that card. If you find specific circuitry, you're likely not going to duplicate it, right? I got 2 or 3 techs here with microscopes and all sorts of tools and only if a supplier was going to give me more would I ask them to tear a card like that apart to make this determination.
A thing you did before where you compared images on the two cards. It would seem in this case that comparing original to copy should yield a match.
The only command differences I would've used by the way were to not use any flags:

sudo dd if=/dev/sdf of=/dev/sdg
And checked what it said when it finished because it should've given a completion summary saying ####### bytes in and ###### bytes out where those two numbers matched exactly.
