trash full - when empty

When trying to delete a 4Kb file!
Trash is full (but empty)
Where do I set the config of Trash - Debian 7.8.0

you may have an invisible file in the trash so when you open it in the file manager it seems empty but really isn't

If you mean ~/.local/share/Trash
There is not hidden file in there.

Full Trash
There is a file in ~/.local/share/Trash called metadata.
it reads

Size=18446744073656336384
And there are definitely no hidden files in Trash.
