Trash can always full (even when emptied) KDE 3.2 (I think) FC2

I have a very minor, but ridiculously annoying problem:\

In KDE desktop my garbage (trash) can is always full. Even if I empty it and look inside to see nothing in there, the graphic always shows a full trash. When I log into Gnome, this problem doesn't exist. The garbage is only full when I delete something.

Any ideas?
