totem and libdvdcss

Hi All.

I'm running mandrake 10ce with kde, and totem works with unencrypted dvd's fine.
but will not load encyrpted discs.

I've download, made and installed libdvdcss and the plugins have been installed to

The problem is when i go to add plugins totem halts with "totem could not start the file manager" (nautilus) which is obvious because gnome is not installed.

What are the options?
1, a work around.
2 install nautilus without gnome, is this possible?
3 full gnome installation.

Thanks for reading.
