Hey guys, i put a lot of time and effort into writing this and i thought you might like it =]
Top things to do after installing Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala Please Reddit/Digg and (re)Tweet/Identi.ca! Please let me know what you think! I hope this is the right forum section, please correct me if i'm wrong. Just trying to help out people trying to choose apps who are new to Ubuntu! So far, the response i've been getting elsewhere has been quite overwhelming! |
Looks good :)
I personally prefer Audacity for Audio editing, and I still think Firefox is the best! ~Callum |
Ah, Audacity may be more mature, but Jokosher is certainly the long-term winner as it uses the gstreamer framework

I haven't used Jokosher yet, actually. I shall have to try it.
I reckon the only reason I am still using firefox is because I can sync my passwords and bookmarks between my computers. I would probably be better off with something else :) I've just finished installing most of that stuff to my netbook. You've included some great stuff in there :) I can't actually think of any improvements (although obviously someone is going to come along and suggest a million and one games you could include). ~Callum |
Beautifully crafted, DPic :) Congratulations on a very fine piece of work. Your ability to make concise, clear technical prose fun without making it silly or irrelevant is outstanding.
