to change the language configuration

redhatlinux9.0 completed the installation.
i would like to the language configuration.
typed the redhat-config-language in shell prompt.
appear only one language list(english) in Language Configuration Tool dialog.
not change languange configuration????

u will find the change langauage option in the control center.
