Smile To Block diffrent URL through Regular Expression through ACL,s in squid

here is navaz
i am using squid for proxy server and i want to block different website(tweeter,facebook etc) using regular expression but these website do not open through different unblock proxy server.
please define acls.
my subnet is 192.168.0.0/24 to block.

I'm not really following you here. Are you saying you have a machine on your network running a proxy server but it doesn't control access to the internet switch either through network topology or domain services?
