tmux equivalent of "screen -d -m command"

I'm on a Debian server that has tmux, but not screen. I want to start irssi at reboot without messing up the boot process or anything. Using screen, I use:
@reboot screen -d -m irssi
but my perusal of tmux's man page and Google hasn't found me an equivalent. How can I start a tmux session but not attach to it when I start it?
