time settings changes on each boot
 

I have reinstalled my Ubuntu Feisty today.I triple boot with Debian Sid,Ubuntu Feisty and Windows XP.Now the problem is after ubuntu configured time and set it properly,if i boot into Windows XP or Debian-their time settings have changed.now if i set "UTC" from GNOME time applet option,it shows correct time.but again assuming windows xp is running set as correct time,Debian's time and Ubuntu's time are different too.is there any way can i get correct time set for all the 3 OS`s.Yes.i know that both the Linux uses /etc/init.d/hwclockfirst.sh or /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh scripts to control time settings.but i dont how to resolve this multiple time problem with 3 OS

My understanding is Windows needs the system clock to be set to local time, while linux gives you a choice between local time and UTC. In Debian this is set in /etc/default/rcS. The default is probably

UTC=yes

so you probably just need to change that.
