Thunderbird not working

Hai,

The thunderbird is asking for password each time before downloading the mails.After giving the password i receives an error message

Sending of password did not succeed:Mail server pop.net4india.com responded:Could not determine server.

I reinstalled the mail client but the problem is not solved yet.Please help me .

May not be the password but how you sent the username. some places I use you have to use your full email address for the username while other I don't.
