Thunderbird in Ubuntu

I don't see anything that basically says Thunderbird is installed and click here to use it, but when I go into Synaptic it says some English language stuff for Thunderbird is installed already.

If it's installed please tell me how to get into it.

If not, tell me the steps to install it.

Also, I'm using the Live CD and am thinking about installing Ubuntu.

Have a look in the internet section of your menu, or click the run command option and type: mozilla-thunderbird. If it's not there then you can't just install it from the live cd, you'll have to install Ubuntu first.

open up a terminal and type thunderbird

it should load

also press alt+F2 and type thunderbird

it should already be available on the Live CD, if not, go install ubuntu, you wont regret it :D

It didn't work. Guess I gotta install it.
