Thunderbird browser profile
 
I just downloaded and started using Thunderbird .4. It's great. However, does anyone know whether it is possible to instruct the program to open a clicked link in a new tab or window under the Thuderbird profile currently being used, rather than prompting to open the page with a new profile for each link?

Oh, this is the profile manager that comes up if Firebird is already running, http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=177996 Bug 177996, the solution is to use a script to launch Firebird and set the script as your default browser. The script checks if Firebird is running and changes the command it sends out accordingly. Try this
