This program is not installed setuid root - "user" CIFS mounts not supported.

I run command as follow:

And the Samba forums reported this as an issue a while back, along with several suggested fixes. And you still aren't providing any useful details, like version/distro of Linux, version of Samba, are you running this as root, etc.

Try running "sudo chmod u+s /sbin/mount.cifs", and try to check Google for error messages first.
