The second and third link look like Lenny to me,as they specify 5.0.4.

True. However these are jigdo links, not images. You have to make the images yourself with jigdo.

The place where blueray isos would be is empty.

I think that Jigdo itself would download the files and make the images. This certainly is a way to get the stable release on blu-ray.

3Mb/s internet is fine for dowloading additional packages. I have 30Mb/s and never see any package download faster than 1.5 and that's only on the fastest mirrors. The average server is going to be around 700kb/s to 1Mb/s at best.
