The easiest way to rip CD's

Hi! I've just migrated to Linux. I am using AudioCatalyst and MusicMatch to rip CDs in Windows. I am wondering if there is a program close to them. I like MusicMatch because I can rip CDs faster and a lot friendlier than the grip..I find grip slower than musicmatch and I can't specify the exact kbps of the songs. Any suggestions?

how about using kaudiocreator in KDE? That is what I use. You might need to install the mp3 encoder from source if you want to use lame.
