I installed my second and new hard drive; so far everything looks OK.
Now I have to install the linux as OS. My question is witch on is simple and easiest for beginner? A friend advise me to just by a book with linux CD in it and use it Vs buy a set up box from a distributor. What you think and what was your experiences?

Simple and easiest for a beginner would be Mandrake I recommend or maybe Redhat. If your going to buy though from distibutor, buy it retail or get it somewhere online, don't use any distro's out of books or magazines, I have heard nothing but bad luck out of those.
