Text Editor that can display ANSI Colour
 
Im looking for a text editor that when displaying a document will parse any ANSI colour codes it comes across into the correct colours rather than just show the codes in the ^[[xx;xx;xxm format

can anyone recomend somthing?

1 how do i get it to do that as it seems to show me just the escape sequences like anythig else...


2 is there anything that dousent take several lifetimes to learn how to use?

Emacs is simple, no more complex than anything else at least. Try using

http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/ansi-color.el

to use ansi colour in emacs.
