tex: Command not found -- Where do I get this??

I'm trying to compile and install IMWheel. I get the following error during Make.. I just installed the TeTex 2 package from my Slackware 9.1 CD and it still doesn't help... Do I need to do something else??

Thanks!

Where can I download that? I found the homepage for Lex but all of the links on it were broken...

The original tex distribution is called "Web2C" by Donald Knuth. Try that.
