Terminal emulator which supports shift+arrow selection?

I am trying to find a terminal emulator which supports the use of Shift+ArrowKey for selecting text (the way text editors allow you to do). Can you help?

a terminal doesn't work the same way as a text editor - you have a command line, you have command output - so it doesn't make sense to have a text editor's functionality.
however, tools exist to allow for text selection without mouse.
at least for urxvt a.k.a. rxvt-unicode - it has some perl plugins, check it out: https://github.com/muennich/urxvt-perls/
