terminal emulator
 

I currently use both 4.0 and 2.17. I am wondering if anyone has found a terminal emulator/console monitor that has configurable colors? I have a real hard time reading the black on white on older monitors.

"All" terminal emulators can do e.g. white on black.
At least the ones, I have seen / used.

Example : xterm -bg black -fg white
And the same for 'rxvt' , 'aterm'.

'konsole' and 'gnome-terminal' have options for color
settings in their "Menus".
