Telnet for Angstrom Linux on Pandaboard

I'm working on a project using the Pandaboard running Angstrom and I'm trying to get some video remotely. I'm finding that ssh is a bit lagging (with the encryption and what not) and I've got telnet installed, but I can't figure out how to get it working... any help?

Thanks

Hi -

Q: By "telnet installed", do you mean the telnet *client*, or the telnet "daemon*?

Q: Have you configured xinetd to invoke the telnet daemon?

I have the net-kit telnet installed, which (according to the package manager) "includes the telnet daemon and client."

I'm gonna hazard a guess and say no because I haven't been dealing with the Pandaboard heavily in the project (and I'm doing this cause other people have given up). But I will get back to you for sure on that.

How do I go about configuring it?

Edit: Apparently it is installed, but they don't know how to configure it... help?
