Telephone Call Screening Software?

Anybody know of any software that I can use to screen my incoming phone calls?

Ideally I'd like to have a computer (Debian) answer the phone if certain numbers are calling in (ie.: tele-marketers).

If the caller is not on my black list the computer would not answer the call and my phones would ring.

One solution would be if you had a voice MODEM that supports caller ID. You could use mgetty with a script to read the caller ID and automatically answer if it matches your blacklist.

Or maybe a standalone caller ID box with a serial data output and a relay box connected to the computer to switch on/off a telephone(s) or line(s).
