Question telegram.org service: a client with automatic backup?

I use Telegram official desktop client a lot. I also use its phone and web clients, but less. But there is something on the Telegram service I really miss - or dislike, if you prefer -: people can delete MY history with them.

I really hate that. In skype, for example, people cannot delete history from the other side of conversations more than 1 hour after they send them.

Do you know a way to make backups of every chat, if there are updates to be done? Since the desktop client gives us date options to backup chosen intervals, it should be easy.

One last detail: if the backups are made in the Telegram cloud, in the "saved messages" part, it would be great (this is not what the desktop client does today).
