tcpserver wont intalled / installing Qmail
Hi,
im running fedora 2 trying to install qmail...the only problem ( or error) i am having is install tcpserver...
i think the problem is tcpserver i dont believe it installed...i tried to install the ucspi-tcp package and got this error:
[root@baguh ucspi-tcp-0.88]# make
./load tcpserver rules.o remoteinfo.o timeoutconn.o cdb.a \
dns.a time.a unix.a byte.a `cat socket.lib`
tcpserver.o(.text+0x555): In function `doit':
: undefined reference to `errno'
remoteinfo.o(.text+0x63): In function `mywrite':
: undefined reference to `errno'
remoteinfo.o(.text+0xe7): In function `myread':
: undefined reference to `errno'
timeoutconn.o(.text+0x41): In function `timeoutconn':
: undefined reference to `errno'
timeoutconn.o(.text+0xbf): In function `timeoutconn':
: undefined reference to `errno'
cdb.a(cdb.o)(.text+0xce): more undefined references to `errno' follow
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [tcpserver] Error 1
qmail starts fine when i run the check install script i get:
! Couldn't find /usr/local/bin/tcprules from ucspi-tcp
! Couldn't find /usr/local/bin/tcpserver from ucspi-tcp
! /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb is missing
...try: /var/qmail/bin/qmailctl cdb
then i tried qmailctl cdb and get:
/usr/bin/qmailctl: line 102: tcprules: command not found
chmod: cannot access `/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb': No such file or directory
Reloaded /etc/tcp.smtp.
commands tcprules or tcpserver are not found
an ideas?
Thanks,
Lenny
