tcpd on freebsd

I tried to install tcpd (i dont see it in any of my dirs) from /usr/shared/ports/security/tcp_wrapper

And I got the following error:
"tcp_wrappers-7.6_1 is forbidden: tcp_wrappers is in the base system"

So I edit the make file and remove the FORBIDDEN line, and it all appears to have installed correctly (no errors) but I still cannot find my tcpd anywhere on the system. Has anyone successfully installed tcpd? I need it to get glftpd to work properly....
