Tape errors "kernel: st7: Error 18 (driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x0)"


Hi,

I'm seeing these tape drive errors. Please advise where do I start from. Kindly guide me through. Thanks in advance.

You have a modified kernel and it's throwing errors... I'd start by either looking at how it's modified, going to the manufacturer/maker of the kernel who has the documentation and can explain the error or installing a stock kernel.
