System Monitor Question?

I have seen some screenshots of people using software that displays various bits of info about their computer, including CPU usage, swap usage, CPU temperature, connection strength, battery life, etc. I was wondering what the name of this piece of software is, and where I can get it. I am looking for one that can run with the Fluxbox GUI.

99 times out of 100 the program is GKrellM . Otherwise both Superkaramba and gDesklets have similar eye-candy. If your using Fluxbox stick with GKrellM or gDesklets. Superkaramba doesn't seem to work so well with Fluxbox.
