Synchronising TomBoy with FTP?

I have 2 partitions that use TomBoy and a small web app to see them on the iPhone's Safari browser. This means I need to always keep everything synced.

I almost always use Tomboy for Linux, but sometimes in IT class I must use Windows and need notes from my Linux partition. If I can have something for a two-way sync (share missing, overwrite existing with most recent), I'd be more than happy!

Assuming that your Linux box is always running somewhere when needed, you could move your Tomboy data to a disk location under the webroot of a running webserver (of course making a softlink to that file, so that Tomboy still works). Then you can get your Tomboy data from any other machine that has an HTTP connection to your Linux box. Or have a script on the client PC to get that data.

If I get it right, you propose me to keep my data exclusively online?
