synchronising system time with an atom clock

Hi there.
So my questions is, can I synchronize the system time of my computer to an atomic clock? I woulden't be at all surprised if those clock's send a signal out over the internet these day's. Ma by there is a site out there that tells the exact current time.
So is there an app that picks up the signal of an atomic clock and sets the system time to exactly that time.

ntpd and its associated tools or netdate. Google for available public time servers.
