SynCE, MultiSync, and Evolution

I've gone through a long process of installing various SynCE 0.9.0 ebuilds, along with Evolution2 2.0.4 and MultiSync 0.83 with the SynCE 0.9.0 plugin. It still won't synchronize the PDA and Evolution2, despite the fact that pstatus and pls return correct data on my Dell Axim X50.

Here's the backtrace on MultiSync when the synchronivation fails:
Code:

Personally, I don't care which 'suite' I use to synchronize; Evolution was the only one I could find with detailed help.

How could I get data synchronized between my computer and Axim X50?
