Sync ftp site

Hi all,

My work has a public ftp site and I would like to keep my ubuntu box at home in sync with it.

I have read a bit about rsync but that doesnt see to support ftp login etc or does it?

Anyone have any ideas whats the best thing to use?

Many thanks guys
