sychronize with windows computer

I'm really new to linux so bear with me. I'm using Red Hat 8.0. I would be able to sync my e-mail client on my windows xp machine. I'm using outlook express. It's not an option to just pull my e-mail into linux because i have been unable to figure out how to sync my usb cradled palm with Linux. I was hoping to sync my linux e-mail with windows e-mail so i could browse the newsletters i recieve while i had some other things running on my windows machine. Any suggestions?
