Switching users, and the need to transfer Evolution configurations

Hey,

I'm in the middle of switching users between computers, and I'd like to keep my old Evolution settings (not to mention all the emails I haven't caught up on :))
Anyone know how to do this?
Evolution keeps the path to the files in the filename, so I can't copy them.

I know I can export every directory I have.. and import each manually (I did that with the contacts) but I have about 15.. and I have all the mailing list filters and so on.

Thanks

I can't understand why you can't simply tar your ~/evolution directory and untar it on target machine... wouldn't the path be the same? in wrost case you can symlink /home/olduser -> /home/newuser

No the path wouldn't be the same :), full path no ~ And it fails because of certain pieces of user info mixed in.
I solved the problem my moving only the local part of the entire evolution directory, and the filters.xml which I had to edit so I could fix the paths to those files which contained the path in their names. They apparently get regenerated from local, because I still have all my messages, but the filters uses the other ones, which is an inconvenience.

Thanks though :)
