Swictch from KDE to GNOME ?

Is it possible to change from kde to gnome. For example I run kde and than I want to use Gnome. Is it possible to swtich from KDE to GNOME or from GNOME from KDE without logout ? What command and how I can do this?

I believe you must logout, select a different environment, and then log back in with the new one.

There is a way of having 2 X servers running at the same time but I don't know if you can have kde and gnome at the same time, and I don't know how to do that either. Can anybody explain me how to have 2 X servers running at the same time??

I quess this will be my first post that will help linux comunity!
Get to a shell! Pressing CTRL+ALT+F?(?=1-6)
And then login and type:
startx -- :1&
And after that U will have 2 GUIs! One will be on CTRL+ALT+F7 and the other one on CTRL+ALT+F8.

I sometimes use a few desktop at once using different XServer, first I start: xinit -- :1&
then typing at terminal startkde& for kde and gnome-session& for gnome, mostly I use both of them.
