Swaret Problem

Hi all.. I just downloaded swaret tonight and have finished the config file. I have never used this before so I thought I would give it a try. Everytime I run swaret I get this error:

bash-2.05b# swaret --update
swaret 1.6.2-1

sed: -e expression #1, char 11: Unterminated `s' command

Being new to this program I have no idea what that means. I googled for that error and no website had then answer. could someone help me?

I don't know the mistake that you made, but you should have copied /etc/swaret.conf.new to /etc/swaret.conf and then made just a few changes so that it points to the right version of Slack that you want to get updates for.

try to delete it and reinstall it and then do what reddazz said edit your config file and rename it

choose a mirror near to you so you can have decent d/l speed
